Leading Team8 People
Liz has led the business since 2007, first serving as CEO of Athlete Assessments and Team8 People when they operated as separate entities. In July 2026, the two businesses merged to form Team8 People, the unified brand Liz now leads as CEO.
Founder, Bo Hanson (four-time Olympic representative for Australia and three-time Olympic medalist), continues as Director and Lead Performance Consultant. Alongside Bo and Liz, Team8 People operates with a professional team of in-house staff, plus a network of international consultants and facilitators.
